Dining Joining us for dinner in Cresselly is always a special occasion, where we eat at one large table in the beautiful dining room or, if you prefer, a simple supper in the kitchen. We serve an excellent table d'hôte menu of five courses, chosen to best suit the season and occasion of the dinner. It is imperative that dinner is booked in advance of your arrival and that any and all allergies and preferences are mentioned. We pride ourselves on our hearty breakfasts. These will usually include: freshly squeezed orange juice, freshly brewed coffee or tea, yoghurt, and fresh cut fruit to compliment our home-made muesli. These, however, are just a precursor to the cooked breakfast of crispy grilled bacon, sausages, mushrooms, grilled tomato and creamy scrambled eggs, from our the estate's free-range hens.
