Payment. Deposit 30% on booking and balance 2 calendar months in advance

Pets. One pet per property is welcomed and is charged at an additional £10.00 per week at time of booking Additional pets by arrangement in advance only

Heating & Electricity. Electricity is free throughout the year. Central heating is charged additionally, in advance from October-May inclusive at £30 per week for The Stores & Mill and £10 per week for The Miller's House & Cottage

Short Breaks. The prices above are for a four night break Thurs-Sunday. Other breaks will be charged on a pro-rata basis by arrangement

Fishing. Permits may be available for private fishing for those at the Mill complex to NRA permit holders only. These are by prior arrangement with the owner, must be booked in advance & will be subject to the rules of the Cresselly Estate.

Boats & Canoes etc. Space is available at each property to park boats and canoes but this must be notified at the time of booking

Discounts and bargain breaks and last minute deals Special prices for out-of-season and last minute bookings.

Housekeeping
Bed linen, T towels & oven gloves are provided but you will need to bring your own bath and beach towels. Washing facilities are available at each property including tumble driers but you will need to bring your own soap powder.

Shopping
Several large supermarkets are within a short drive, namely the Co-op, Tesco, Lidl and Kwiksave, all at Pembroke Dock and others at Kilgetty, Pembroke & Haverfordwest. A local farm shop at Yerbeston supplies welsh meat, homemade burgers and sausages at prices well below supermarkets and fresh eggs, cakes etc are also available there and the Milton farm shop at Milton a couple of miles down the road. It is worth remembering to bring black bin liners, white flip bin liners, fairy liquid, toilet paper, soap, dishwasher powder and other necessities, although a starter pack of fairy liquid, dishwasher tablets and washing powder is left in each property.
